QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 pkg. of 8 crescent dinner rolls
12 slices bacon
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
Dash of salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese

For zucchini variation, omit bacon. Saute 2 medium size zucchini with 1/2 onion.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

1. Press dough of crescent rolls onto bottom and sides of quiche pan.

2. Fry bacon. Drain on paper towel and crumble.

3. Spread crumbled bacon into prepared quiche pan.

4. Shred cheese and layer over bacon.

5. Beat eggs, cream, salt and nutmeg with wire whisk. Then pour over bacon and cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees then 35 minutes at 325 degrees.
