BETTY'S OVEN FRIED CHICKEN | |
1-2 lb. chicken pieces (thigh fillets, breast fillets or jointed wings) 3 heaped tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 env. Lipton dry onion soup mix non-stick cooking spray (I use olive oil) Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Use spray oil to grease oven pan. Combine flour and french onion soup mix in a plastic bag or on a plate. Cut chicken into pieces of a desired size. Coat chicken in flour mixture and shake off any excess. Place chicken on greased tray and put in oven for 25 minutes, turning after 12 minutes. Best served with your choice of fresh vegetables. Submitted by: Betty Zivkovich |
