BROCCOLI TURKEY CASSEROLE 
8 oz. (about 4 cups) egg noodles
2 c. diced cooked turkey
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, drained
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. (10 3/4 oz.) condensed mushroom, chicken or celery soup
1 can (soup) water
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can (3 oz.) fried onion rings

Cook noodles as directed on package and drain. Add noodles to a 13 x 9 x 2 casserole. Cover with turkey and cooked broccoli. Top with 1/2 grated cheese. Blend soup with water, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and top with french fried onion rings. Bake for 5 more minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
