ARTICHOKE HEART CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 c. artichoke hearts
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Red cayenne pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Grease casserole with olive oil. Quarter artichoke hearts. Mix with all ingredients. Place in casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Cayenne and wine mix to combine flavors so take note when adding cayenne to the mix. I added a moderate amount and it ended up giving quite a kick to the dish.
