ARTICHOKE HEART CASSEROLE 
Olive oil
1/2 c. dry white wine
4 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Red cayenne pepper, to taste
Salt to taste
1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
Seasoned bread crumbs

Grease casserole with olive oil. Quarter the artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Place mixture in casserole and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
