STRING BEAN, ARTICHOKE HEARTS &
MUSHROOM CASSEROLE
 
1 box frozen French cut green beans
1 box frozen artichoke hearts
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 lg. Mozzarella

Cook string beans and artichoke hearts according to package directions. Drain mushrooms. Put a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of a casserole dish. Sprinkle a layer of seasoned bread crumbs over oil. Mix half the beans, mushrooms and artichoke hearts together.

Put into casserole over oil and bread crumbs. Layer slices of Mozzarella over vegetables. Sprinkle bread crumbs over that and then drizzle oil over that. Place the other half of vegetables over that and finish with another layer of Mozzarella, bread crumbs and olive oil. Bake in oven at 325 degrees until cheese is melted and vegetables are hot.
