HEART OF ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
5 cans hearts of artichoke
1 lg. can Italian style bread crumbs
1 c. pure olive oil
1 c. Wesson butter oil
1 tbsp. pure garlic powder
1 tbsp. Season All
1/2 c. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 c. dehydrated parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

In bowl combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, Season All, onion and parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients together. In bowl or jar mix olive oil and butter oil.

Drain artichoke hearts saving about 1 cup of the water from the artichokes (we use all of the water).

In casserole arrange as follows: 1 row artichokes, 1 row of bread crumbs, 1 row of Parmesan cheese. Pour some of oil mixture to moisten. Continue until all ingredients are used.

Pour water from artichokes over top of casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cover. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour.
