SPINACH - ARTICHOKE HEART
CASSEROLE
 
1 jar artichoke hearts
3 pkg. chopped spinach, drained & squeezed
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
6 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Pepper
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese

Oil bowl to bake in. Put artichoke hearts in bowl and then spinach. Mix cheese, milk, mayonnaise and pepper; put on top of spinach and press. Sprinkle Romano cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
