ARTICHOKE HEARTS CASSEROLE 
2 lg. onions
4 (#2) cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 stick butter
Salt to taste

Saute onions in butter until soft. Add chopped artichoke hearts. Add cheeses to mixture and cook until cheeses melt. Add bread crumbs and mix well. Place in greased casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
