ARTICHOKE HEARTS WITH ONIONS 
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sliced onion
1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. butter

1. In medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water and the salt to boiling.

2. Add onion and artichoke hearts; simmer, covered, 8-10 minutes, or until vegetables are just tender.

3. Drain well. Toss with vinegar and butter.
