SUGARLESS SOUR CREAM SPICE CAKE 
1/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar replacement
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cream together butter and brown sugar replacement. Add eggs, beating well. Beat in cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Combine flour, baking powder and soda and salt in sifter; beat into creamed mixture alternately with water. Stir in sour cream, raisins and walnuts.

Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Serves 18.

MICROWAVE: Pour into two 8-inch baking dishes. Cook on medium for 10-12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
