Beat together:

4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
A dash of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. coffee

Stir in:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Stir in:

4 apples, peeled & diced
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour in 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 pan.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. sweet cream
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
