SOUR CREAM SPICE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. orange zest
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp. cardamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream

VARIATION - AS TOPPING:

3 tbsp. chopped almonds
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine the flour and baking soda, zests and spices. In mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and lemony. Add vanilla, beat in eggs, one at a time. Add dry ingredients, alternate with sour cream.

When blended, spoon batter into buttered 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Topping can be sprinkled on cake before baking.
