SAUSAGE QUICHE 
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. onion, chopped and sauteed
1/2 to 3/4 lb. sausage, browned

With mixer:

2 lg. eggs
1 c. heavy cream
Pinch of brown sugar

Add to meat, onion and cheese:

1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of chives

Mix sausage, cheese and onion. Pour in cream and egg mixture and stir. Stir in seasonings. Pour into lightly browned (5 to 10 minutes) pie crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. To freeze: Cook and put in airtight plastic bag. Thaw and warm at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. (Ingredients for 3 of these makes 4 regular pie shell quiches.)
