SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Jimmy Dean pork sausage, reg. or hot (cooked and drained)
6-8 oz. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or cheddar)
1 (9 in.) unbaked pie crust (deep dish)
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Sprinkle the cheese and half of cooked sausage in bottom of the pie crust.

In medium bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat eggs; stir in half and half, salt and nutmeg. Pour mixture into pie crust. Top with remaining sausage. Bake 15 minutes (on cookie sheet).

Turn oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer or until set.
