SAUSAGE QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 lb. or more sausage or bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Salt to taste
2/3 c. milk

Beat eggs; add sausage, cheese and milk. Mix well. Pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees or 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
