SAUERKRAUT
 
Pork roast
Sauerkraut

Cook pork roat in pressure cooker. Remove fat and bones. Cut in small pieces. Put sauerkraut in bottom of roaster with pork on top. Baste with liquid from pork. Bake at 325 degrees for six hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
