KOREAN BEEF BBQ | |
10 green onions, minced 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. sesame oil 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. sugar 1 (4 lb.) sirloin tip roast or thick cut round steak or sirloin steak Mix marinade ingredients together. Cut meat in 1/8-inch thick slices. Place meat and marinade in large Ziploc bag. Refrigerate overnight. Before grilling, drain marinade. Thread strips of meat on water soaked bamboo skewers. Grill over medium coals 5-8 minutes. Turn once. Yield: 8-10 servings. |
