BUL GO KI (Korean Style
Bar-B-Que Beef)
 
2 lb. boneless sirloin thinly sliced

MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder)
1 tbsp. sesame oil (or salad oil)
1 tbsp. sesame seed toasted (optional)
5 stalks green onion (sliced)
1 tbsp. wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients and marinate beef for at least 1 hour. Broil or grill.
