BULGOGEE (KOREAN BEEF DISH) 
Sliver a piece of beef into paper thin bite size slices. Marinate overnight in soy sauce with green onions and a garlic clove. Dice up 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, and 2 green onions into rice size pieces. Boil in with one pot of rice. About 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water. Boil-fry the meat until water is evaporated. Remove meat. Put rice into fry pan and let crisp on one side, flip over and fry other side. Place fried rice onto platter and top with meat. Serves 6.
