KOREAN BEEF (BUL GO KI) 
2 lb. beef (sirloin or top round)
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 or 2 strips of green onion, chopped

Beef is sliced if this will be served over rice, or beef can be cubed and served in chafing dish to use as appetizers.

Place beef in bowl. Sprinkle with pepper and add other ingredients. mix well. Marinate 15 minutes or longer.

Stir fry or broil over charcoal.

This was a big hit at our annual Homemakers' International Dinner.
