SAUSAGE AND SPINACH PIE 
1 lb. Italian sausage
6 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. thawed drained uncooked spinach
1/2 of a 16 oz. container cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Pastry for 2-crust pie. Cook sausage, drain well. Reserve 1 egg yolk. Combine egg white and eggs with all ingredients. Line pie plate; add filling. Add top crust. Add 1 tablespoon water to egg yolk and brush top crust. Bake at 345 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
