SPINACH SAUSAGE AND CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. sausage meat
4 eggs
1 (10 oz.) spinach (thawed and drained)
1 (16 oz.) slim Mozzarella
1 (16 oz.) slim Ricotta
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 deep dish pie crust

Cook sausage meat and drain.

(Reserve 1 egg yolk for baste.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix eggs, cubed Mozzarella, Ricotta, spinach, sausage and seasonings together. Pour into pie crust, cut slits into crust and bake top with egg yolk and water combination.

Cook for 1 hour. Enjoy!!
