SOUR CREAM AND MUSHROOM SAUCE
OVER ROAST BEEF
 
2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. onions, minced
Roast beef, prepared

Saute mushrooms in butter; mix in flour. Add remaining ingredients and warm over heat. Serve with roast beef.
