BEEF CASSEROLE | |
2 cans of mushroom soup 1 container of sour cream (small container) 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1 1/2 box of cooked elbow macaroni 1 medium onion cut up or chopped 1 small can of peas drained 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon Accent (optional) Or 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of mushroom soup instead of 2 cans of mushroom soup Brown hamburger in skillet, add onion. Cook macaroni following package directions, but leaving slightly underdone. Preheat oven to 350°F. Put in casserole dish and mix all together. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes making sure dish is covered. Optional: Add bread crumbs to the top of the dish being baked. Optional: 3 cups of cooked noodles. Submitted by: Kathy Kopczynski. |
