BRISKET OF BEEF BAR B Q 
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 cans consomme beef
1 bottle soy sauce (6 oz. or less)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic

Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook at least 1 hour per pound of meat covered at 250 degrees in marinade.

Note: Choose brisket which is thick but not too fat.
