LOW CAL BAR-B-Q HAMBURGER 
1 lb. lean, ground hamburger
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Brown meat and onions in large skillet. Pour off excess fat that accumulates. Add all ingredients, mixing well and simmer 20 or 30 minutes, uncovered. Spoon into hamburger buns. Yield: 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
