BAR-B-Q HAMBURGERS (50 people) 
10 lbs. meat, chopped
5 c. onion, chopped
5 c. celery, chopped
10 tsp. sugar
10 tsp. salt
10 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. catsup
10 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown the meat and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
