BAR-B-QUE HAMBURGERS | |
2 lb. hamburger 2 c. chopped onions 3-4 c. chopped celery 1 c. green pepper 2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup 1 c. Open Pit original Bar-B-Que sauce 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes Fry hamburger until juice is gone. Stir in tomato soup, Barbeque Sauce and stewed tomatoes. Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes; stir occasionally. For extra tomato flavor add 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste. Makes enough to feed a small army. |
