PECAN BRITTLE | |
2 cups pecans 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup light Karo syrup 1/2 stick butter 1 inch sq. paraffin 2 tsp. baking soda Microwave sugar, syrup and butter for 3 minutes. Stir in Paraffin until it melts. Stir in pecans. Microwave 7-12 minutes. Remove from microwave stir in baking soda quickly. Pour on greased aluminum foil. Note: best to use glass bowl in microwave.
