BAR - B - QUE BEEF OR PORK 
4 c. leftover beef or pork, shredded
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Good dash liquid smoke

Place all ingredients in large pan and simmer several hours.
