BAR-B-QUE PORK 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 tsp. pepper (or to your taste)
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder (or to your taste)

Combine above ingredients. Pour over pork ribs, steaks or chops. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Spoon sauce over meat occasionally.
