CHILI (HOT DOG OR HAMBURGER) | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 1 lg. can tomato sauce 1 sm. can tomato paste 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. onion powder 2 tbsp. mustard Salt and pepper to taste In a large skillet saute onions until tender, add hamburger and brown, drain off excess grease. Add remaining ingredients except mustard. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add mustard and simmer for 15 minutes. This is best if allowed to simmer slow or in a crock pot for several hours before serving. |
