1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. bacon grease

Mix all ingredients together and cook slow 2-3 hours. Real good chili.
