PORK CHOPS IN BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
6 to 8 thick pork chops, I have use 10 to 12 chops if not so big
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. grated garlic
1/2 tsp. R. Wrights liquid hickory smoke
Dash salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Brown chops in small amount of fat. Drain lay in casserole. Combine rest of ingredients and bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes. Then pour over chops, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or so until tender. Do in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
