BAR-B-QUE PORK 
Cook spare ribs in salt water for 1/2 hour. Place cooked ribs on baking pan and brush with sauce. Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Turn ribs over and brush with more sauce and bake for another 20 minutes. (Good with pork chops too.) Serve with German potato salad!

SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 bottle catsup
1/3 c. Louisiana hot sauce
