HONEY-ALMOND BUTTER 
4 oz. unsalted butter, softened
1/4 c. pulverized almonds
3 tbsp. honey

Whip butter in an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in almonds and honey. Spoon into a small crock or bowl and refrigerate. Let set at room temperature before serving. Can be used on biscuits or nut breads.
