GINGER GLAZED SPARERIBS 
1 1/2 c. apple juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ginger root

Mix in large open roasting pan. Place ribs, meat side down and coat well. Bake in 325 degree F. oven for 1 hour, brushing occasionally with mixture. Turn ribs and bake 30 minutes longer.
