BARBECUED PORK SANDWICHES | |
2 1/2 lb. pork chunked 2 med. onions, chopped 2 med. green pepper, chopped 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients except pork and bring to a boil. Add pork, then simmer about 3 hours or until pork is tender. |
