BARBECUED PORK SANDWICHES 
4 lb. boneless pork roast
2 bottles barbecue sauce, or use your own recipe
12 crusty rolls

Brown pork roast in deep roasting pan on top of stove. Reduce heat to low and add enough water to keep from sticking to pan. Cook at least 2 hours, adding water if necessary. On cutting board, shred roast, removing any fat.

Return meat to pan and add barbecue sauce to desired consistency. Simmer mixture for 10 minutes. Pour over rolls and enjoy.
