I love this recipe. It's just different enough from the usual cucumber/onion combination. I quartered & peeled the cucumber length wise and removed seeds leaving only the firm part of cucumber. Sliced the onion in half and diced it small also. The sour cream mixture was to thin and watery so I adjusted the vinegar etc. Everyone who has tried it asked for the recipe. Great to take to a gathering.

My Father simply loved it. He said it's how his Mother made it. Thanks a million!
