3 cucumbers
1 sm. red onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. dill weed
1 1/2 tsp. parsley

Slice cucumbers thinly, leaving on skin. Slice onion thin and combine with cucumbers. Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, dill and parsley. Pour over cucumbers and onion and toss. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
