EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil
5 carrots
3 potatoes (1" squares)
1 1/2 c. water
1 can Hunts tomato
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Coat beef with flour, salt and pepper. Toss with oil in 3 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring once. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
