WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA CRUST | |
1 c. warm water 1 tbsp. sugar or honey 2 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 c. unbleached flour 1 pkg. yeast 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix in all remaining ingredients except unbleached flour; beat well. Add enough unbleached flour until dough is easy to handle; knead 5 minutes. Let rise for 45 minutes. Press on two pizza pans; top. Bake at 375 degrees until crust is golden. |
