SEAFOOD WITH FETTUCCINE AND
SAUCE
 
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can tomato paste
1 can mushrooms
1 can crushed tomatoes
1/2 lb. squid, cleaned and sliced
1/2 lb. scallops
1 lb. med. shrimp
1 lb. uncooked fettuccine
Chopped fresh basil

Brown garlic and onion in oil. Add tomato paste and 1 can of water, using tomato paste can to measure. Cover and let cook 15 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes, mushrooms, and 1/2 cup water. Cook on low for 30 minutes.
