HARRIET MARK'S CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. fat (oil)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Mozzarella cheese
2 sm. cans Hunt's tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
4 oz. cream cheese
6 finely diced green onions (scallions)
1 c. sour cream

Saute garlic, minced very fine in fat. Add ground beef and brown. Add salt and pepper and tomato sauce and allow to simmer. Mix cream cheese and scallions. Add sour cream. Mix to blend. Prepare noodles and drain.

Butter 9 x 13 inch casserole. Put in a layer of noodles, then cream cheese mixture, then meat sauce. Do this 3 times. Over top put shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until blended, about 30 minutes.
