MOZZARELLA CHICKEN PARMESAN 
8 skinned & boneless chicken breasts
1 can stewed tomatoes (with green peppers & onions)
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs

Coat chicken breast with salt and pepper, then in bread crumbs. Brown in hot skillet on both sides. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Put chicken breast in an oblong baking dish. Cover with mixed sauce and tomatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Top with cheese. Return to oven, bake another 15 to 20 minutes until cheese lightly browns. Serve hot.
