2 pie shells
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
4 eggs, scrambled
Grated cheese
Chopped Mozzarella cheese

Saute artichokes with garlic and parsley in olive oil. Mix into above ingredients. Put in pie shell, cover with other shell. Bake until golden at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
