ARTICHOKE PIE 
3 eggs
8 oz. mozzarella
1 handful Parmesan
9 inch pie shell (can use frozen)
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
1 can artichoke hearts, drained

Grate mozzarella. Cut artichoke hearts into fourths, mix with other ingredients and place in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or cook 40 minutes ahead and heat for 10 minutes.
