ARTICHOKE PIE 
4 eggs
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 (8 oz.) piece Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. Romano grated cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 deep dish pie crust shell with top crust

Beat eggs; add cheeses and blend well. Add garlic salt and parsley. Next mix in quartered artichoke hearts. Blend all ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
